I have been a photographer for many years, which is fun, but in the last several years I have turned my focus to writing (which has been my passion since I was a child). More recently, I have done freelance work and written a several short stories and poems. However, my main focus is fiction. I love writing both crime fiction and chick lit. My current project is a crime series.

My other "dream jobs" would be Storm Chaser by day and Ghost Hunter by night. Of course that is in a dream world. I've only been storm chasing a few times and never really hunted ghosts.

I am very big on animal rights. I am a dog lover and love my dogs, Boomer and ZhiZhi, very much. I also have a super adorable cat, Ping. Why do I love animals so much? Animals are they are honest and loyal. They are honest in their ferocity; they are honest in their loving. I hope that one day I am able to open a rescue shelter. It pains me to see animals in pain, unloved, and unwanted. Every dog or cat or cow that I see I fall in love with. I actually would love a farm of miniature animals, also (but that is a whole different thing. I just think tiny farm animals are super adorable. Come on… Teacup pigs and pygmy goats… Gotta love them!). Sorry, got off track. Anyway, I love and respect animals so much that I don't wear fur or leather.

I am a big supporter for Autism Awareness. I have two nieces and two nephews who are autistic, and they are four of the most amazing kids I have ever met.

In addition... I also love playing trivia and board games, reading, painting, cooking, traveling, playing with my dogs, hanging with my bestie, drinking wine, yoga, dancing, meditating, singing (poorly), building things and taking things apart, and pretty much anything artsy.

To sum up... I am a dreamer. A thinker. A creator. And an influencer. I may
