Stephanie came to M/I Homes with a wealth of experience in the worlds of real estate brokerage and cutting-edge marketing. As a New Home Consultant for the Charlotte Division, she capitalizes on her seasoned expertise handling new home sales and a myriad of tasks that include implementing innovative marketing strategies and educating potential buyers on the various home options, designs, and amenities available to ensure the right fit and best decisions. Stephanie previously demonstrated her creativity and business acumen as a sales and marketing director and gained a respected reputation in the real estate industry as a trendsetter and tech guru who helped build brokerage firms and managed a highly successful sales division. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, she holds a BFA from the University of Kansas, lived in NYC for many years, and adores being down south continuing to do the work she loves. She currently lives in Mt. Pleasant, NC with her husband and Beagle named Beau. When she has some spare time, Stephanie enjoys long hikes with Beau in the backwoods, curling up with a juicy true crime book or podcast or cooking up a luxurious dinner for family and friends.
