Stephanie Marquesano

A former attorney in New York City, Stephanie Marquesano remains active in a number of different charitable and social areas. During her professional career, Ms. Marquesano held membership in the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association while she served as a litigator for a major Manhattan law firm. Her work included writing briefs, research, negotiations, depositions, client interface, and court appearances. Ms. Marquesano boasts impressive educational credentials as well. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with magna cum laude honors in Political Science and Public Communication from Brooklyn College. During her pursuit of the double major, she was the first woman to be elected student government president in the school's history. Following graduation, Stephanie Marquesano earned her Juris Doctor from the New York University of School of Law and then began her legal career, working initially as an intern in a labor relations firm. In her social life, Ms. Marquesano takes pleasure in reading, blogging, cooking, playing Mah Jongg, interior design, and collecting memorabilia. She is also a sports fan, participating in tennis and golf while following several New York area sports teams, such as the Red Bulls, the Jets, the Rangers, and the Yankees. Stephanie Marquesano supports numerous charities, particularly health-related organizations, including the American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Stand Up 2 Cancer, the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, and the Diabetes Research Institute. She has two children and is proud to own a rescue dog named Frankie, who has his own blog.
