Stephie Woo

Stephanie is a oh so silly, fun loving young lady with a growing passion for traveling the unbeaten path. She loves exploring life one day at a time and meeting new people along the way. A born and raised southern belle of Chattanooga, TN and a graduate of Tennessee State University. This is where she earned 2 Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Communications. As a student she has a thirst for learning and being creative with technology. She is currently a Social Media Specialist at the Department of Veterans Affairs. She loves books, music, and spending time with her adorable niece and nephew. She has so many favorite authors, but if she had to pick one it would be Octavia Butler. Music feeds her soul like rain to the grass as she taps her feet to jazz, slow dances to rhythm & blues, and bounces while listening to Tupac. This spirit filled lady likes working with youth in the DC area by volunteering for a non-profit called Coaching for College. One day in the near future she hopes to fulfill her dream of starting her own business and non-profit for the community. As Stephanie takes on different journeys in life, she remembers what her late father told her to simply; live the life you love and love the life you live.
