Stephanie is one of New Zealand's leading professional futurists. She founded StratEDGY Strategic Foresight, a consultancy helping organisations, networks and communities to understand the change that surrounds them and think about the future in ways that are useful to them today.

Stephanie has a track record of providing tailored, effective services in the UK, Australia and New Zealand as well as contributing to international organisations. She designed, established and ran the futures programme for the New Zealand State Services and was Chief Advisor System Change for the OECD-affiliated Secondary Futures before setting up StratEDGY. She is an accomplished public speaker, sought for conference keynotes and panel appearences.

As well as her consultancy work, Stephanie is also committed to building public futures literacy. In conjunction with the Institute for the Future in Palo Alto, Stephanie has run a series of conversation-based, free, public futures games to empower people from all walks of life to engage in conversations about the future.

Stephanie is also the mother of two teenage boys and a passionate Wellingtonian.
