I am the Diversity Recruiting Program Leader for non-profit organization, North Texas LEAD (Leaders & Executives Advocating Diversity), and have been with the organization for 8 years. I report directly to the President/Executive Director where I managed the day-to-day operations of our unique program. In my role, I work closely with experienced professionals in transition and the 33 top employers in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Prior to North Texas LEAD, I served as a Senior Recruiter at Randstad US and began my professional career as a research assistant at a leading global Market Research agency.
What I love about my job is the incredible people/leaders I work with daily and the opportunity to challenge myself using my diverse skill set to serve North Texas. There is nothing better than helping someone accomplish their goals and land employment!
In my spare time, I enjoy spending my time in the sunshine with my family or documenting my food adventures as a Dallas Food Nerd blog contributor.
