I'm happiest when I'm making change with purpose.

Not everyone enjoys change, but I do. I love the analysis of what is and what is not, the incorporation of ideas from many people into one future-driving force, and the realization of the impact as the change begins to form something new. Innovation only appears when someone drives change. Whether at play or at work, the change we create makes the world in which we thrive.

Professionally, I've focused on change in education through technology for more than a decade, making and re-making at Blackboard. This year I've started a new adventure, re-thinking how businesses do business, leading design for Amazon Business.

I want to create an amazing customer experience that people love, to make a vision that people want to create, to make a space for designers to thrive, to change the way B2B design is done, and to contribute to bringing more women and under-represented people into the practice of design.
