A longtime Southern California professional, Stephanie Zargar has held executive responsibilities with Cal-Am Properties in Costa Mesa for 15 years. As office manager and personal assistant to the CEO/president, Stephanie Zargar informs diverse aspects of corporate operations. These include ensuring the proper training and deployment of office staff members, and the functioning and maintenance of a fleet of cars.
Ms. Zargar’s accomplishments include setting in place a new office with gym attached and coordinating day-to-day logistics with the sales team. She also implemented an office automation initiative that included a new scanning system and helped plan corporate holiday events. Her responsibilities also include coordinating managers’ meetings for Cal-Am Properties offices across the country.
Ms. Zargar maintains certification in CPR, and is a contributor to health initiatives in support of multiple sclerosis and brain trauma research. She has a background in Green Belt Six Sigma process improvement methodologies, and is active with the National Association of Women in Real Estate. Having completed a degree in government and political science, Stephanie Zargar also maintains membership in the Saddleback College Alumni Association.
