Stephan Thieme was born in 1976 in Mülheim an der Ruhr/Germany. After completing his education and training in business, he worked for various corporations, gaining the professional experience that led him to establish his own business in the mobile communications industry in 2001. Following a significant setback in 2019, he transitioned back into employment and advanced his qualifications by training as an IT Systems Administrator.

Today, he works for regiotec AG, where he leads the Communications Department as a Project Manager. His team primarily focuses on the sales and implementation of IP-based telephone systems, as well as fixed-line and mobile solutions. Additionally, he provides support for general IT services.

In his personal life, he now lives with his wife Khira and their three children, Laith, Yasmine, and Noura, near Freiburg in the Black Forest. In his free time, he enjoys meeting friends, going to the gym, listening to R&B music, and spending time with his family.
