I love social change. The power of stories to connect people and illuminate perceptions. The power of connections to shift communities' vision and cultures. The power of strategy to drive change.

And that's what I'm lucky enough to do.

I research networks, systems and perceptions to get a lay of the land, and use those lessons to design strategies. I manage projects that tell big stories and help other build real connections to create the culture, policy or world they seek. And I build up others so they can tell stories and build connections to create change, too.

The remainder of my hours are spent enjoying life with my husband and baby girl, exploring new restaurants with friends, and pursuing more home remodeling projects than I could reasonably complete.
