I have over 25 years of progressive experience in real estate in a variety of projects where I have played many different roles. I have been involved in construction, remodeling, financial analysis, acquisitions, financing, sales, budgeting and development.

1. Townhome projects ranging from 8 to 11 units.

2. Building single family homes ranging in price from $150,000 to $1,500,000 as either spec development or build to suit.

3. Single family lot developments ranging from 27 to 147 lots.

4. Construction and project management on retail, mini-warehouse and warehouse developments.
