Stephen F. Pusatier

Stephen F. Pusatier began his legal career as an associate with a prestigious law firm that specialized in representing plaintiffs in complex personal injury cases. His mentor at the firm was a nationally known trial lawyer with a reputation for winning groundbreaking cases in personal injury law. The experience gained in the five years as his associate molded Mr. Pusatier's passion for this area of the law.

In 1976, Mr. Pusatier founded what is now known as Pusatier Sherman Abbott & Sugarman. During the past 37 years, Mr. Pusatier has proudly represented many profoundly injured clients, personally taking his cases to trial if a satisfactory out-of-court settlement cannot be reached. If there is an appeal, he personally handles it and has successfully argued numerous appeals in the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court.
