Stephen Blea

Prior to joining Gilmore Magness Leifer, Mr. Blea served as a judicial clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of California under Judge Arthur S. Weissbrodt. Mr. Blea prepared complex motions calendars, performed research, and assisted in the drafting of decisions involving matters of state and federal substantive law, bankruptcy law, and federal procedure. Mr. Blea served as a judicial clerk under Judge Dale J. Blea in Madera County’s Civil Division, where he assisted in the drafting of decisions and drafted research memorandums.
