Stephen Mickulas

Joined the USAF to learn a trade, find stability in the work force after returning to civilian life. If you have time my wordpress blog has much detail into those meanderings (or struggles) but I am content to have done it my way despite all the ups and downs. As I've grown older and now a grandfather, family is what my world revolves around when I'm not working (hoping not as much, we'll see). I only wish I could see my granddaughter more often, she is beautiful. My dream is to be a columnist writing on a range of subjects we all encounter, ups and downs in life, the peaks and valleys, the political nonsense, sports, children and grandchildren all from my limited perspective knowing it is only my view and not projecting or forcing change upon an unwilling readership. Maybe open some eyes to something different, putting an American spin on topics only a lifetime of living in this mass of diversity, the United States of America presents. My wordpress blog will have to suffice until my dream is attained.
