Stephen Warhoe

Stephen is currently the Testifying Expert Witness for a confidential client at SP Warhoe LLC. He possesses over 32 years of experience in program/project controls, construction disputes resolution and risk management. Stephen is excellent at establishing and running public and private mega design and construction programs, identifying the core issues of complex problems and resolving them. He has recently worked for the Panama Canal Authority (ACP) as a Program Management auditor at the Panama Canal Expansion Program. As a Certified Cost Professional, Forensic Claims Consultant and a Certified Construction Manager his colleagues would best describe him as an excellent communicator, an expert in his field, with diverse experience in program and project management. In his free time, Stephen enjoys running to stay fit.
