I love to write and to encourage others, and in "Encouraging The Word", I hope to offer both on a regular basis. I am first and foremost a disciple of Jesus, a blessed husband, father and grandfather. I am a lover of all of God's creations, though sometimes I forget to prove it. I struggle like most people, though sometimes it feels like more than others. But I know, in both good and bad times, I am God's creation and He has a purpose for me, grace and mercy for me, and a great love for me. He has that and more for all His creations and God makes His love personal through His Son, Jesus. If we stop and listen, we can hear Him calling. He loves to hang out with His creation!
