Hello Reader,

Welcome to my About.me page. Thanks for visiting. My name is Stephen Bushnell. I hail from from Guilford CT, a gorgeous little Connecticut town about twenty minutes outside New Haven, right on the Long Island Sound.

I went to Quinnipiac as an undergraduate student where I studied for my Bachelors in Political Science. After that, I moved to Boston and worked as a Legislative Aide in the Massachusetts State Senate. Things were going just as I planned. But then, after 3 years in what I discovered was a dead end job, I realized it wasn't what I wanted anymore. In order to get out, I took a sales job in international educational travel. Although not a glorious profession it is where I discovered my own love for travel.

After about a year in sales I decided to move back to Hamden, get my MBA and work as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Brand Strategy and Integrated Communications at Quinnipiac. When I have some free time I try to spend it with my family, maybe play some golf or even just kick back and watch my favorite Boston sports teams.

So far my life has been quite an adventure, but I wouldn't have it any other way and I can't wait to see what's next!
