Growing up in Chicago and attending Lane Tech helped shape the values that continue to guide me today, including discipline, loyalty, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Throughout my career, I have focused on leadership, management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. I believe that strong leadership starts with setting the right example and being willing to put in the work alongside others. My approach has always been centered on consistency, personal responsibility, and creating positive environments where people can grow and succeed.

Outside of my professional life, I have a passion for weightlifting, sport science, agriculture, and fishing. These interests have taught me valuable lessons about patience, resilience, and the importance of steady progress. Earlier experiences working in tree logging also reinforced my appreciation for teamwork, perseverance, and the value of earning results through effort.

Giving back to the community is important to me, and I enjoy volunteering whenever I can. I believe leadership extends beyond business and includes making a positive impact on the people around us.
