Stephen G. Console is the primary attorney at Console Mattiacci Law, LLC in Philadelphia. Console’s practice heavily emphasizes the representation of employees in non-union employment rights disputes. He has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The Philadelphia native earned his bachelor's degree in political science at Gettysburg College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Soon after, he attended Drew University and then earned his Juris Doctor at Villanova Law School in 1982.
Later that year Console then became licensed to practice law in his home state and New Jersey the following year. Console has served clients with Console Mattiacci Law since 1990 in a variety of cases, including wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, disability benefits and workplace discrimination.
Console continues to expand his knowledge of the law, and he remains active in the legal community. He was a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the National Employment Lawyers Association of New Jersey from 1998 to 2000. In addition, he has been a frequent speaker at employment law seminars throughout the region.
