I’m a highly experienced dynamic and innovative bar and restaurant operator with sophisticated sales, customer service and business administration skills.

An articulate, confident and persuasive team-builder, I am able to communicate at all levels of business. I have a comprehensive track record in high profile, multi-unit management, new project development, business development, marketing, sales and service and developing wet and dry sales within a demanding and pressurised business environment.

A founder and executive member of the Fair Pint Campaign, set up to lobby directly for better conditions for publicans and licensees across the country, I have a wide-spread understanding of industry affairs at a political, corporate and senior executive level. I am also a steering group member of the Independent Pub Confederation (IPC); a coalition of trade organisations and consumer groups and the Fair Deal for Your Local Campaign.

I have a passion for cask ale and wine and a wealth of experience in these areas of our wonderful industry.
