Stephen encountered his first computer, a Commodore PET, at the start of grade 10 and has been trying to figure out what the things are good for ever since. A unique skill with analogies allowed him to explain technical nonsense to those too smart to care, and he moved into technology leadership. He has been a teacher, programmer, camp director, orchestra conductor, chairman of an academic department, director of information technology, and change management guide. He has worked for excellent organizations in both education and advertising for over 25 years. In his real life he is a husband and father of three boys.
