Stephen J Dennis

Stephen J. Dennis has served as the chief executive officer and owner of a Providence, Rhode Island-based law firm for more than 11 years. He has over three decades of experience as a legal advocate for the rights of the state’s injured workers. His career achievements include supporting legislation that integrated vocational rehabilitation claims into Rhode Island’s judicial processes and optimizing each worker’s overall ability to receive necessary medical treatment. As an attorney emphasizing workers compensation law and personal injury law, Stephen J. Dennis has extensive experience in areas of employment law, Social Security disability benefits, car accidents, and slip-and-fall legislation.

Mr. Dennis holds a doctor of jurisprudence from the Tulane University Law School and a bachelor of arts in business administration from Northeast Louisiana University. In addition to his role as the leader of the Law Office of Stephen J. Dennis and legal advisor to the injured workers of Rhode Island, he spends time as a member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice. He is a former member of The Fund for Community Progress and a founding member of the Workplace Injury Litigation Group. His personal interests include traveling, trying new food, and simply enjoying life.
