Stephen J Izzi

With an extensive background in the title insurance and franchise development businesses, Stephen J. Izzi founded several New Jersey and Pennsylvania entrepreneurial ventures that focus on real estate investment. Square Foot Real Estate Management, LLC, a property management firm owned by Stephen J. Izzi, manages a variety of residential and commercial properties, including REO. He also leads the title company Northeast and New Jersey Executive Abstract Agency, Inc., which (along with its affiliates) is underwritten by major national title insurance providers.

Through the latter company, Mr. Izzi has found a way of supporting students in the local community. Created in honor of relatives who passed away, the FIL The Void Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to disadvantaged students in Catholic education whose parents are seriously ill or have died. Stephen J. Izzi funds the nonprofit by donating $3 for each settlement achieved by Northeast and New Jersey Executive Abstract Agency to FIL The Void.
