Stephen Kordella

Stephen Kordella is the CEO of Clear Vision Communications, a boutique-style sales and direct marketing firm based in Cleveland, Ohio.

Originally born and raised in Cleveland, Stephen decided from a young age that he would go into business for himself. While he saw his father do exceptionally well during the corporate America boom, he feared that by the time he was ready to join the workforce, things would be different.

A young athlete, Stephen played basketball through college at the Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Upon graduation, he looked for a position that would take the work ethic he learned from his father and the competitive spirit he learned from sports. He started working with a small sales firm and quickly moved into a leadership role.

In 2009, Stephen opened Clear Vision Communications. Today he oversees 13 branches nationwide. He has been awarded with honors including Rookie Manager of the Year 2009 and Partner of the Year 2013.

As the CEO of Clear Vision Communications, Stephen keeps his people in mind and always looks to improve his company, his systems, and leadership influence. He plans to open 5 new branches this year without sacrificing his commitment to excellence. Stephen’s main goal is to create opportunities for others to have the leadership growth and career advancement opportunities that were given to him and has made it his mission to be a mentor and coach to everyone who walks through his doors.
