Stephen Panzarella

Over his 30-year career, Stephen Panzarella has founded and led two transportation companies to success. He founded his first company, Unlimited Warehousing Inc., only seven years after graduating from Fenwick High School. He led Unlimited Warehousing for over 24 years, until United Parcel Service acquired it in 1994. Panzarella worked for several years under contract with another UPS acquisition, Fritz Companies Inc., until he founded his second company, Global CFS, Inc. in 1997. He continues to act as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company as it grows.

At Global CFS, Stephen Panzarella has acquired numerous contracts and developed a strong reputation. The company works with a number of government organizations, including United States Customs and Border Protection and the Transportation Security Administration. Panzarella holds a license as Operator of the Centralized Examination Station at the Port of Chicago. The company held one of the first certifications as a Cargo Screening Facility for civilian cargo out of O'Hare Airport.

Under Stephen Panzarella's leadership, Global CFS has also acquired certification by U.S. Customs and Border Protection's premier trade security program, the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), meaning the company's security procedures have been documented and validated against C-TPAT standards through a joint effort by C-TPAT security specialists and the company.

Stephen Panzarella's company also works with a number of Fortune 500 companies as their preferred drayage (short-range transportation) provider. Global CFS offers direct-to-doorstep delivery services across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Iowa. The company's headquarters are located in Bensenville, Illinois.
