Stephen Rakusin

Stephen Rakusin is a private practitioner and former United States Supreme Court member with 40+ years of legal experience.

Mr. Rakusin has held membership in numerous prestigious associations, including the Banking, Business, and Law sections of the American Bar Association, the Association of the Trial Lawyers of America, and more. He has been admitted to all Federal District Courts in Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Rakusin specializes in construction law and litigation and estate and trust litigation. He has authored two manuals based on these topics: Florida Construction Lien Manual and the Florida Creditors' Rights Manual.

Additionally, Mr. Rakusin serves as a frequent lecturer to attorneys on the subjects of construction collections, discovery, damages, and trial topics.
