PERSONAL PASSION

I offer 20 years of experience as a Software / Web App Business Analyst and Project Manager and a passion for helping companies leverage new technologies to improve business outcomes.

After serving in the United States Marine Corps, I received my BA in Geography and Business. My first professional job was with a small, forward-thinking company that built a proprietary e-commerce platform. I joined their e-commerce team as a Business Analyst, to train their sales reps and customers in this use of this new technology while providing feedback to the management team regarding recommended enhancements to the tool. Since those early days of e-commerce, my passion for the use of technology to streamline processes and improve the customer experience has only grown.

NEXT STEPS

Today, cloud technology has become the next digital frontier which all forward-thinking companies must leverage, or risk being left behind. The Salesforce.com platform offers a highly cost-effective platform for companies making the transition to the cloud, giving them a critical advantage to streamline processes, lower costs, and increase profitability.

By utilizing my successful background as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, my goal is to help companies and teams successfully make this digital shift to the cloud. I am presently seeking opportunities to leverage my BA/PM experience in a Salesforce environment, while studying to become a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator.
