I rely on empathy through things I've not only experienced, but also had success overcoming first hand: church abuse, substance abuse, anxiety & depression, ADHD, impostor syndrome, divorce, failed dating relationships, and self esteem issues. My passion is to help folks from all walks of life feel empowered to overcome these same challenges. The best way I can do that is through coaching.
