Daniel Stephens

Since 2004 I have been a Mobile Notary. Before that I served 32 years in the Army, retiring as a Colonel having worked Intelligence for all but 1 year, travling all over the world. Germany, Japan, Korea and 11 years in Hawaii. I also worked for 15 years as a purchasing manager for the City of San Diego.

Sort of a jack of all trades kind of person. I learned construction at an early age and can take a bare piece of land and lay it out and build a home from the ground up. Some of those skills I need to work on, but can get them done. I also work on cars and have rebuilt serveral Jeeps.

I like wood working and making things and love the challenge of making something nice from a disaster. Cuttently working on redoing/modeling a foreclosure home that has great potential, but needing a ton of work. Sometimes I wonder why I started that project! But what a fun challenge to bring it back to life.
