Stephen Shapiro

Stephen Shapiro is the former President and co-founder of SchoolFusion. He earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. As part of his graduate thesis, he explored the effects of the Internet revolution on rural Eastern Africa, during which he discovered his interest in technology and education. His thesis was published in IEEE Spectrum Magazine and featured in TeleCenter classes across Eastern Africa. In his role at SchoolFusion, Stephen is responsible for providing the overall direction of SchoolFusion solutions and features. His vision has established SchoolFusion as the leading k12 communication platform and the original 21st century solution for k12 classrooms in the market.
