I’m an executive leader focused on building high-performance organizations, driving intelligent growth, and transforming businesses through data, disciplined execution, and strong team leadership.

I am the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Nikko Toys Limited, where I lead North and South American sales, operational strategy, and business intelligence for the company’s fastest-growing region. My work spans fact-based sales leadership, marketplace analysis, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and the development of scalable commercial tools used across our global offices. I serve as the primary architect of retailer-facing presentations, channel strategies, and data-driven insights that guide our product, pricing, and market direction for major North American retailers.

I also serve as Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer for Nikko Toys USA, responsible for expanding the company’s domestic-fulfillment footprint across major U.S. retail, specialty, and e-commerce channels. My role focuses on defining U.S. growth strategy, opening new customer relationships, and building a commercial structure aligned with the realities of the American retail market.

In parallel, I am the Chief Growth and People Officer at Qumodity LLC, where I partner with executive leadership to shape the company’s growth strategy, expand client reach, and build a world-class technical organization supporting private equity and enterprise clients. My work includes business development, talent acquisition, organizational scale, and brand positioning across Qumodity’s automation and AI platforms, including CloudDNA®, InsightDNA®, and the S.A.G.E.™ ecosystem.

Across my career, I’ve focused on modernizing operations, integrating business intelligence into daily execution, developing new markets, and building teams that consistently outperform expectations. I’ve held senior leadership roles across consumer products, global supply chain, e-commerce, and data-driven enterprise transformation.

Outside of work, I’m a photographer, technologist, outdoor enthusiast, and life-long learner — always looking for the next challenge to build, improve, or scale.
