I'm currently engaged as the Senior Vice President of Operations (including all IT, HR, Finance, Legal and Ops) for the Technology Services Industry Association (www.tsia.com). I've been in various services roles for over 20 years and have an MBA from Wharton. I'm living in the Los Angeles area and like to enjoy everything that life has to offer (especially a good bottle of wine).
