Stephen Spencer has become “The Customer Experience Expert”through delivering innovative, profitable experiences for some of the most prestigious retail and tourism brands in the UK.

Learning the secrets of retail theatre at Hamleys, Stephen created the Buckingham Palace Shop (which Mary Portas has described as“the most successful souvenir shop in Britain”) and reimagined the National Trust for Scotland’s customer journey as an authentic, lifestyle experience.

More recently Stephen managed the setup of front of house operations for the Emirates Air Line cable car in London's Docklands, achieving the accolade of best passenger experience in London and inspiring up to 32,000 passengers per day during the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Stephen has shared his unique insights with audiences throughout the UK and Europe, and delivered motivational training programmes for leaders and teams in organisations of many kinds.
