Stephen Washburn

In some ways I'm your typical nerd: I've seen every episode of Stargate and STNG (at least twice), I have a Mac Mini hooked up to my TV, and I enjoy reading Hacker News. But I also love to read (classics like Michener's "Space") and I'm an avid sports fan (A's, Kings, 49ers, Sharks). In my spare time (of which there's obviously never enough) I love to teach myself new technologies. Over the years I've taught (and re-taught) myself HTML, CSS, and Javascript but I've also taught myself PHP, MySQL, some Ruby (on Rails) a little Objective C 2.0 for both the Mac and the iPhone, Python, and now I do Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Apple Platforms.
