Hi everybody,

Welcome to The College Un-Diet! my name is Stephanie, but you can call me Steph. I am originally from Los Angeles, California but I am currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin- Madison.

Let's be honest, while I'm still living the good life in college I want to have my pizza and eat it too. The main reason I started this blog was to push myself to come up with healthier ways to eat the foods I like and realistic ways to exercise while living a college lifestyle.
