Steph is the Head of Inclusive Futures and CSR for CapgeminiAustralia and New Zealand. She fast tracked Capgemini’s D&I efforts to become Employer of the year at the AWEI for 2021 & 2022 and are now a platinum employer. They have also been awarded twice the Recalibrate Gender award for best Enterprise and Intersectional employer.

Steph has been a highly visible and vocal role model within the LGBTQIA+ community for the past 2 decades taking on leadership positions at the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, establishing the movement Women Say Something and mentoring and contributing to many more organisations and people in between.

She was awarded a Mardi Gras lifetime achievement award in 2014, ACON’s coveted Community Hero award in 2015, and was the AWEI National OUT role model in 2021. In 2023 she was named as one of Stonewall UK’s change makers of the year.

Her long held passion lies in theatre. Early in her career, she wrote many one act plays which were performed by companies regionally across Australia, semi professional in Sydney, Canada, New Zealand and even Sweden. After a long break from writing, she is currently working on a new play. Hopefully she will finish it soon!!!
