I am currently the Office Manager with Legends Hospitality working for the Official Cleveland Browns Pro Shop at FirstEnergy Stadium.
As a recent 2014 graduate from Ashland University I have expanded my experiences drastically since beginning this new journey.
I started with Legends Hospitality in May 2014 as a Customer Service Supervisor through my dedication and hard work I was promoted to Office Manager within 3 months.
I still keep my duties as the Customer Service Supervisor which include; creating and implementing customer service incentives. I have created a weekly newsletter for the Pro Shop, create contests for employees, awards employees for hard work, and much more.
As the Office Manager I am responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, and orientating all employees and nonprofit organizations. I also am responsible for all AR transactions and invoices through the Cleveland Browns.
Aside from office work Cleveland Browns Game Days is the most exciting aspect of my jobs, managing over 100 employees and nonprofits it creates a nonstop day but I wouldn't have it any other way!
At Ashland I received my Bachelors Degree in Arts majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Speech Communication.Throughout my educational experiences at Ashland University I have received the opportunities to compose and edit various types of public relations materials such as press releases, fact sheets, flyers, brochures, posters, and various other publications. I have also been honored to build relationships with companies and organizations by conducting and implementing public relations campaigns each semester. Some of these include The Kroc Center, Tuffy's Smoothie Bar, and Wooster Community Hospital.
I was a cheerleader since I was young, therefore; spirit, outgoing-ness and, enthusiasm come natural to me, along with being a team player. I quickly am able to adapt to new environments and create a positive environment for all those around me, while being sure to get the job done in the most efficient form.
