Sterling

Hello! As you can see from the giant letters above my picture my name is Sterling. I grew up in a small town just north of here. One stop light, a waffle house and a subway. If you blink while driving you'll pass right through it. I grew up with both my parents and my brother. I have two other siblings but they did not live with us while I was growing up. Kevin and Laura Bailey are my parents and no matter what I did they was always there for me. Lelonda, Korentheus and Brandon are my siblings and even though they are older than me, I'm taller than them. God and Family are a huge part of my life. I know I can always depend on them no matter what.
Just by looking at my picture you would think I'm a part of some very important business or something. In all actuality I am. That important business is called the University of Georgia Football team. Being on this team is something very special that can’t be put into words. I’ve met a lot of great friends and amazing people that I can call my brothers for the rest of my life. I am a fourth year history major and everyday I ask myself why I picked history. The one thing that makes history worth learning is the past and how we can use it to help shape our future. Just learning about important events that took place and then thinking about the what if’s makes history interesting to me. Hopefully I’ll be able to create some history of my own. One of my favorite historical qoutes is by the third President of the United States.
