How we build your team?

* Tell us your requirement and expectation: project details, technical level, English level, limited cost, number of engineers, etc

* We will select the best matched engineers and conduct 1st round interview. Then we will send their profile to you for final technical and salary review

* If you approved, chosen engineers will be added to the team

How we operate?

* Setup working environment: space, equipments, internet, etc

* Get those ready: Labor lawyer, human resource, admin, tax & insurance, management, etc

* Working:

+ 8 hours per day, from Mon to Fri

+ Daily/weekly/monthly meeting

+ Daily/weekly/monthly report

* Replacement: tell us who do you want to replace and reason. We will have a replacement right away without any fee.

* Communication tools: email, skype, slack, handout, etc and your request tools.

* Payment: monthly. One month payment ahead and this amount will be repaid at the last month of contract.

* Minimum contract signed: 2 years
