Built Verifinc, a conglomerate corporation which provides global healthcare and technology solutions, products and services to different communities across the globe.

Serving as the CEO of Global PCCA, Inc., formed a collaborative partnership with the management of Federal Medical Centre Lokoja, Kogi State, Nigeria for the development and commissioning of a drug compounding center. Has been a founder and CEO of over 20 corporations in US and Africa. These include Telecom Companies, Multi Specialist Physician Clinics, Medical Rehab Centers, Medical Supply Companies, Hospital Projects, Home Care Services, Construction, Real Estate Development, Oil and Gas, Energy, Technology, Software and Manufacturing companies of which Global Interests is one of the holding companies.

As a philanthropist, serves as a director and as well as chair of several non-profit boards such as: a past board chair of the Nigerian Foundation based in the United States, chairman of the Mayor’s International Affairs Development Council, Cee Jay Crusades, MCN (Messiah Communications Network), Global Interests, LLC, Steve Ams Ministries, Transcom CDC, City Church, Minergy, Global Medical Missions and several other corporations and non-profit organizations.

Also a prolific writer, speaker and television host. Launched the popular Christian TV show - Gospel America on TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) along other broadcasts through Day Star Television to share the “Good news of Christ”.
