There are few things I find more satisfying than working with a group of managers and seeing the potential in them begin to be realised. Most managers already have a good level of ability and perhaps what I am able to provide is the catalyst to help them become more self-aware, confident, assertive, effective, motivated etc.

You might imagine therefore that the background image is of me in training mode. It is not. It is me in MC mode hosting a fashion show for my wife's bespoke vintage style bridal collection. I did say above "there are few things better.." and this is one of them.
