I aim to set the standard in IT management, whether it's via clearly planned work schemes or well defined process and policy. I adopt and adapt experience and best-practices to meet the needs of the business whilst ensuring that paperwork is kept to a minimum.

With experience of SaaS, Corporate IT and large deliverable international projects and having worked my way up through nearly all IT roles (web, development, support, management) and in a number of environments (Education, Defence, Public sector, Commercial and Financial) I have gained a broad range understanding and experience of the nature of IT.
