For the past 20 years, I have been committed to shaping and sharing best practices in linguistic quality assurance. In 2000, I founded cApStAn Linguistic Quality Control, and this agency is a vehicle for this purpose, driven by a dream team of fantastic colleagues and freelance linguists.
