Click on: http://TheNeighborhoodSite.com I am also an Associate Broker with William Festa Realty in South Philadelphia. I was a real estate broker/owner in Sharon, PA for 18 years. I'm a past president of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and a past president of the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce. I served 10 years on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors. During that period, I chaired the Multiple Listing Policy Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. I was once named as one of two outstanding committee chairman at NAR. I served as president of my local Board of Realtors and was twice named "Realtor of the Year". I also chaired the Pennsylvania Wetlands Protection Coalition, a multi-industry body committed to bringing common sense to wetlands regulations. I've also been involved at various levels in the Republican Party. I'm the proud father of five (one now deceased), a grandfather of seven, and yes, even a great-grandfather of three.
