Having spent years on the agency side in several areas including media, account service and new business, I now spend much of my time publishing Adrants, an online publication I founded in 2003 which covers marketing, advertising and social media.
Along with founding and publishing Adrants, I co-founded the online marketing site MarketingVOX. I also co-founded the, sadly, now-defunct ad:tech weblog, founded AdGabber, a social networking site for the advertising industry and contribute several branded content sites through Contently.
On top of that, I write digital marketing column for Marketingland's CMO Zone, create long-form content for AffiliateTraction and write an agency news column under a pseudonym for a not-to-be-named marketing publication.
In addition to all that content creation, I do conference photography for Advertising Week, Internet Week, ad:tech, ClickZ Live, Content Marketing Workd, Searchlove, 3 Percent Conference, Affiliate Summit, PubCon, LeadsCon, eMetrics Summit, Conversion Conference, SXSW, Building Business Capability, MarketingProfs B2B Marketing Forum, and others.
Additionally, I consult with a number of brands helping them formulate their positioning, marketing strategies and media (social and otherwise) programs. And, I produce content on a freelance basis for brands such as Viacom, Central Desktop, Poptip and others.
