I am a business and litigation attorney with 30 years’ experience, both in-house and in private legal practice. I have extensive trial experience in the state and federal courts located in Maryland and the District of Columbia. I have served 18+ years in private legal practice, 8+ years as General Counsel of venture-backed companies in Northern California, and 2+ years in-house with Intel Corporation. In addition to a law degree I have a Masters of Business Administration.
