Steven Ouellette
The food industry is a calling I had when I was a youngster and getting accepted to Johnson & Wales was a huge accomplishment. When I received my associates I wanted something more and choose to do my bachelors for Foodservice management. My first internship my sophomore year was in the kitchen for the Walt Disney Company, and now a year later I'm Interning at the Biltmore Estates as a restaurant manager. Reflecting back on everything, reminds me why I'm doing this and its to Cook and entertain for anyone, travel to many places and meet with everyone, and finally to Learn to educate my self from stories, situations and the people and maybe even teach someone else something new. A long-term goal is to one day hopefully have may own restaurant and maybe even more.
