My professional background is in Finance (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and Education (ex-Vice Principal of a large West Yorkshire college; Chair of Governors of an ’Outstanding’ local school for 18 years). Although much of my work involves staff disputes within the education sector, I mediate in all areas, including contractual matters, divorce and child custody.

With 30 years experience working at Senior Management level for large organisations in both public & private sectors, I am able to quickly pinpoint issues in management or finances that would benefit from improvement or further development.
