Steve Schweitzer
Denver, CO
Born in Ohio and raised on a small farm. Went to Bowling Green State University and University of Findlay for undergrad studies. Received an MBA from the University of Denver. Over the work years, have lived in New Hampshire, Michigan, Ohio, New Jersey and settled in Colorado. Work for www.sandcherryassociates.com as a Sr. Director in the Operations Practice area. Besides sailing, scuba diving, backpacking, hiking and guitar, my primary hobby is fly fishing. Part of being a fly fisher is being a writer and photographer too: I am contributing editor for Angling Trade Magazine. Column editor for Southwest Fly Fishing Magazine, Northwest Fly Fishing Magazine, and Eastern Fly Fishing Magazine. Contributing author and illustrator to "Drag Free Drift - Presentation Techniques for Fly Fishing". Author of "A Fly Fishing Guide to Rocky Mountain National Park". Co-Author of "A Fly Fishing Guide to Indian Peaks Wilderness". There are more books in the works, but many years out in the future timeline.
"The streamside paths are the tramplings of the uninspired herd - follow them and your rewards will be commensurate." - the late Sheridan Anderson, author of "The Curtis Creek Manifesto".
