Hello, my name is Steve, I am a SolidWorks Designer that started using SolidWorks over 18 years ago, giving me a huge head start over most SolidWorks user and learning how to use SolidWorks properly and my willingness to teach others would lead companies to hire me for my SolidWorks ability as designer and instructor. As SolidWorks grew into a better software that would be more widely used by diffrent industries and design fields the more I would be used by companies throughout their design department and other departments. I am now taking what I have learned and have started a SolidWorks Freelance Design / Consultant Service in El Monte, California called SolidStart.

During my career I have made more of an impact to companies for my willingness to teach others how to use SolidWorks properly. Many companies have made the move to SolidWorks without providing their new SolidWorks Users proper training there are many companies that have CAD departments that are not working as efficiently as they should be. When SolidWorks Users don't work efficiently their workload piles up and temporary SolidWorks help becomes needed but hiring temps rarely bring immediate help to all the Users that need it. I felt I could provide a better service that would not only provide the temporary SolidWorks help for all the Users but also give them the SolidWorks consulting that would improve the way they used SolidWorks and increase their productivity so they could control the amount of temporary help they need later.
